¶1Heard Shri Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that his application/ representation dated 05.08.2023 be considered and decided by the fourth respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate - Bara, District Prayagraj expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, without adverting on the merits of the case, with the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the fourth respondent i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate - Bara, District Prayagraj to consider the application of petitioner and pass appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
