¶2No one is present on behalf of the petitioners.

¶3Heard learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶4This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.4.2022, in Case Crime No. 213 of 2022,, under Sections 420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Rampur.

¶5Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 241 of 2023 dated 27.8.2023 has been submitted against one accused Rajnesh Kumar and against all other accused including the petitioners herein investigation is pending.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
