¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i. A direction may be issue to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Jhansi to decide the O.S. No. 622 of 2013 (Deepak Agrawal Vs. Pramod Kumar Agrawal & others) within specify period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3It appears that an Original Suit No. 622 of 2013 was filed in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jhansi by the petitioner seeking a direction to the defendant to vacate the suit property and to hand over the possession to the plaintiff. The suit was instituted on 22.10.2013 and the issues were framed on

8.10.2014 but, it is contended that the suit is not being decided.

¶4Having regard to the facts of the case, this petition is disposed of with an observation that the trial court is required to proceed with the matter without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
