¶1Heard Shri Pawan Kumar Yadav holding brief of Shri Ajay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri D.P. Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned FIR dated 08.10.2023, registered as case crime no.854 of 2023, under Section 354-A IPC and Section 7/8 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(Va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moadabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Permission aforesaid is granted.
