¶1Heard Shri Pankaj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned FIR dated 09.09.2023, registered as case crime no.534 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 313, 494, 377, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Ajeetmal, District Auraiya. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition

¶4Permission is granted.
