¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gorakhpur for expeditious disposal of the Original Suit No. 1405 of 2015 filed by the petitioner on

23.11.2015 (Rajesh Kumar Kushwaha Vs. Devendra Kumar Srivastava and others) within a stipulated time period.

¶3It appears that the aforesaid suit was filed seeking decree of permanent injunction with regard to the immovable property and for cancellation of her document dated 7.4.2011 and a sale deed dated 27.9.2014 as well as a sale deed dated 30.10.2015.

¶5Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to demonstrate that when was satisfaction with regard to the service on all the defendants has been recorded by the trial court.

¶6Given the fact that the matter is pending since the year 2015, it is for the petitioner to move an application before the trial court for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is filed, the trial court shall consider the same expeditiously.
