¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.09.2023 in Case No. 7449 of 2021, Computer No. 45206 of 2021 (State Vs. Ramavtar Singh), arising out of case crime no. 1328/2020, under sections 324, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Majhola, District Moradabad, pending before C.J.M., Moradabad.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application for the relief prayed and further requested that direction may be issued to trial Court to decide the aforesaid case at the earliest for which learned AGA has no objection.

¶4Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2021. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
