Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i) direct the civil Judge (Jr. Div) Shahar Azamgarh to decide the original suit No. 975 of 2021 (Teerath Raj and another Vs. Om Prakash and others) forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court (Vide Apnexure No.4 to this petition)" It appears that the aforesaid Original Suit No.975 of 2021 was filed on 28.7.2021 seeking relief of permanent injunction regarding immovable property which, it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is bhumidhari land and which is recorded on the names of the plaintiff-petitioner as well as another plaintiff namely, Hari Ram. It is stated that on 8.8.2022 the defendants had appeared and on 9.12.2022 written statement and objections were filed by them but till date, issues have not been framed. Under the circumstances, it is for the petitioner to move an application before the trial court for framing of the issues expeditiously.
