¶1Heard Sri Kunwar Mayank Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no.1 to 5 and Sri Y.K. Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents no.6 and

¶2By means of the present writ petition, various lists of general body of the society registered in different points of time have been challenged and a writ of mandamus has also been sought directing the concerned authorities to decide the petitioner's complaint dated

04.10.2023 and 05.10.2023.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents no.6 and 7 has produced before the Court a copy of the order dated

01.11.2023 passed by the Deputy Registrar, Kanpur.

¶4The said order is taken on record.

¶5The Court has perused the order dated 01.11.2023 by which the petitioner's complaint has been rejected recording various reasons.
