It is not under dispute that according to order-sheet the matter concerned is fixed for pronouncement of order on 17.10.2023. Ms. Khushi Jaiswal, learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that she has no instruction whether the order has been passed or not. In the aforesaid circumstances, prayer to expedite the concerned case cannot be allowed, however, this writ petiton is disposed of with observation/direction to concerned authority that order if still not pronounced, be pronounced, expeditiously, within a short period of time.
