¶1After making brief submissions, Sri A.K. Bisariya holding brief of Sri Surya Bhan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the allotment cancellation order dated 12.04.2023 in fresh proceedings.

¶2Sri Dharmendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for Bulandshahar Development Authority states that after cancellation, the petitioner herself has filed application for return of the money deposited by her so far.

¶3Be that as it may, since the petitioner is praying for withdrawal of the petition and therefore, the said prayer is granted.
