¶1Grievance of petitioners is that his Case No.921 of 1987 (Aamir Vs. Rukhiya) is pending before Consolidation Officer, Padrauna, District-Kushniagar (respondent No.1) and the same has not been decided till date.

¶2I have perused the order sheet annexed along with this writ petition. On various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work. Therefore, the Authority concerned cannot put on fault.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submits that petitioners undertake that on next as well as on subsequent dates either petitioners themself or through their Advocate shall appear before concerned authority and will not take any adjournment.

¶4Taking note of undertaking given by learned counsel for petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
