¶1For last two weeks notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 2.7.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 298 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 452, 354(Kha), 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Budhana, District Muzaffarnagar.

¶3Vide order dated 10.10.2023 the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre.

¶4As per Medication Centre report dated 18.11.2023 a sum of Rs. 30,000/- directed by this Court has not been deposited by the petitioners.

¶5No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioners.

¶6Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
