¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2By means of the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a fair investigation of the F.I.R which was lodged on 08.01.2023 under Section 406, 420, 467, 467, 471, 504 & 506 I.P.C.

¶3Learned A.G.A. informed the Court that out of this F.I.R., two persons have been rounded up and nabbed by the police and the investigation is going on. It is expected that the same may be concluded within next 60 days.

¶4On this assurance given by the learned A.G.A., the instant petition stands disposed of with the condition that the Police would conclude the investigation within next 60 days but after holding in depth probe into the matter and submit a report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. latest by 31.01.2024.
