¶2Heard Sri Prabha Shanker Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State and perused the material on record.

¶3This is second bail application of the applicant.

¶4The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4263 of 2022 (Pappu Singh vs. State of U.P.).

¶5The sole ground of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is in jail since 08.10.2021 and no evidence of any witness has been recorded till date, only charge has been framed in the matter on 17.02.2023. It is argued that the applicant shall be filing an application before the trial court for expediting the trial in which a direction be issued to the trial court to consider the same.

¶6Considering the limited argument and prayer of learned counsel for the applicant, it is provided that if the applicant files an application for expeditious disposal of the trial of the case before the court concerned within two weeks from today, the trial court may as per its load of work, diary and pendency of cases, pass appropriate orders on the same.
