¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2This instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicants, namely, Saddam and Wajid Ali with a prayer to quash the Non Bailable Warrant dated 24.06.2016 and process of under Section 82 Cr.P.C. dated 02.08.2016 as well as proceedings of Case No.2263 of 2018 (State v. Gul Mohammad and others) arising out of Case Crime No.1250 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 308, 325, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Sevrahi, District Kushinagar pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kasya Kushinagar.

¶3On putting a query about the inordinate delay of about seven years in filing the instant application dated 12.10.2023, learned counsel for the applicants submits that she does not want to press this application, therefore, she may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer.
