Limited grievance raised in the petition is that the petitioner's application for mutation based on a registered Will by the testator is not being considered by the authority. The application for mutation apparently has been made on 02.06.2022. Learned counsel for the Development Authority states that in the event no final orders have so far been passed, the authority shall take an appropriate decision in the matter expeditiously. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with the directions upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's application for mutation by passing a reasoned order within a period of two months.
