¶1Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri M.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 5.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No.237 of 2022, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Sukhpura, District Ballia, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
