Sri Shivendra Singh, learned counsel for opposite party states that interest amount on the principal amount of gratuity has been paid to the applicant on 18.11.2023. The said fact has been stated in para no. 7 of compliance affidavit. In view of said fact, as the principal amount of gratuity and interest has been paid to the applicant, the contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
