¶1Heard Shri Upendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Om Prakash Rai, learned counsel for the informant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 9.7.2023, registered at Case Crime No.295 of 2023, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Bisalpur, District Pilibhit.

¶3Learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.362 of 2023 has been forwarded on

23.9.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
