¶1After making brief submission, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to apply for recall of the impugned order as he claims that the rights of the appellant have got affected by the order impugned.

¶2Sri B.R. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No. 5 & 6 has no objection to the same.
