¶1Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Chandausi, District-Sambhal not to proceed the case for mutation bearing Case No.1554 of 2023 (Ravi Kumar Vs. Sheoram (deceased) and others) under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 till the disposal of Civil Case No.204 of 2023 (Natthu Singh and others Vs. Ravi Kumar) pending in the Court of the learned Civil Judge(J.D.) Sambhal at Chandausi.

¶3Admittedly, the proceedings for mutation are pending in which the petitioners have appeared and filed their objections. Grievances of the petitioners, if any, can be raised and considered by the Court where the proceedings for mutation are pending.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to pass the orders after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law. Order Date :- 21.11.2023 S. Singh High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
