¶1Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2None appeared on behalf of the respondents.

¶3According to office report service is not complete upon respondent nos.7 and 9 since they are not residing at the given address. However, considering the prayers made in this writ petition, this writ petition can be disposed of in following direction: That Deputy Director of Consolidation will take endeavour to decide the Revision Petition No.455 of 2022 expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from today and in case the aforesaid revision petition is not decided within the aforesaid period, the concerned Consolidation Officer may proceed with the proceedings under Rule 109 (A) of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 in accordance with law.
