¶1Heard Shri Gopal Ji Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 7 and perused the record.

¶2Considering the vague prayer made in the writ petition and the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that there being no dispute with respect to the Committee of Management and the petitioner No.2 has been the elected Manager of the Committee and was earlier passing bills of salary, when the Court proceeded to observe against the petitioners justifying the action of the State authorities in releasing the arrears of salary, learned counsel for the petitioners sought withdrawal of the writ petition.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
