¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2It is argued that out of the six co-accused for the co-accused have been enlarged on bail. Their bail orders are on record along with the supplementary affidavit.

¶3The applicant has no criminal history.

¶4Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer.

¶5Considering fact that applicant has no criminal history and thus, the allegations being the same, on the ground of parity, without expressing any opinion on merit, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
