¶1For last few days notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in the first call.

¶2No one is present on behalf of petitioners to press this petition. Shri Hemant Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent are present.

¶3This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 30.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0341 of 2023, under Sections 120-B, 341, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Noida Sector-49, District Gautam Buddha Nagar.

¶4Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that vide C.D. No. 4, charge-sheet has been forwarded on 22.09.2023, in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
