Sudha Devi), under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Rasoolabad, District-Kanpur Dehat, in NCR No.70 of 2016, under Sections 323, 504 IPC converted as Case Crime No.0211 of 2016, presently pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kanpur Dehat as well as impugned charge-sheet dated 23.8.2016, under Sections 323, 504, 324, 308 IPC and summoning/cognizance order dated

02.01.2017 and other process issued against her and with a further prayer to stay the entire proceeding of aforesaid case during pendency of the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he is not pressing the application, however, he prays for liberty to surrender before the court below and apply for bail. It is therefore, directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court below within one month from today and prefers bail application, it will decide the said bail application, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.
