This is the informant's petition seeking a direction to hold a transparent and efficacious investigation in pursuance of the F.I.R. dated 9.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 144 of 2023, under Section 363 IPC, police station Jafarganj, district Fatehpur. Contention raised by the counsel is that informant's minor girl was enticed away by some unknown miscreants and since then the whereabouts of her daughter is not known. This is the serious matter, where a young girl is missing since October, 2023. The Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur and Station House Officer, Jafarganj, district Fatehpur are hereby directed to hold a transparent and professional investigation into the matter and conclude the same after nabbing the alleged miscreants within a period of sixty days, provided that the petitioner, would serve the copy of this order to the concerned S.S.P. by 30th of November, 2023 and share all the information with the I.O. concerned so as to reach the investigation to its logical conclusion. It is also made clear that the informant shall render all possible cooperation and share all the information with the concerned Investigating Officer.
