¶1Heard Shri Abhay Mani Trpathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 01.06.2023 in Case Crime No. 0099 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Khuldabad, District Prayagraj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 143 of 2023 has been forwarded on 20.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
