¶1Heard Shri Dharmendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned State Law Officer for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 06.10.2023 in Case Crime No. 618 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Gida, District Gorakhpur.

¶3Learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submitted that vide C.D. No. 3, charge-sheet has been forwarded on 10.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
