¶1Heard Shri Brijesh Kumar Prajapati, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Vibhav Ojha, learned AGA for the State.
¶2The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 07.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 177 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 328, 342, 504 of IPC, Police Station Karari, District Kaushambi.
¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
