¶1Heard Shri Parmeshwar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 25.09.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 397 of 2023, under Sections 354(A), 504, 506, 427 of IPC, Police Station Nebua Naurangiya, District Kushi Nagar.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner has already been allowed and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection.
