This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the summoning order dated 18.05.2023 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, District Mathura in Session Trial No. 768 of 2023 (State Vs. Murari Lal another) , arising out of Case Crime No. 397 of 2022, under Sections 323, 352, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) D, Dha and 3(2) 5K of SC/ST Act, Police Station Farah, District Mathura. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
