This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the summoning order dated 06.09.2022 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Etawah, in S.T. No. 1728 of 2022 (State of U.P. Vs. Devendra Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0279 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3(1) (da), 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Friends Colony, District Etawah in which the appellants were charge sheeted on 09.08.2022 and taking cognizance on

06.09.2022. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
