Learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. are present. This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the judgement and order dated 28.06.2023 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act,Jaunpur in Complaint Case No. 237 of 2021 (Bhai Lal Vs. Ravi Shankar), under Sections 384, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) Da, Dha of SC/ST Act, Police Station Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur. In the Court, learned counsel for the applicants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicant appears before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
