Learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. are present. This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the order dated 20.05.2022 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act in Case No. 38 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) 10 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Durgaganj, District Bhadohi. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
