Learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. are present. This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the cognizance and summoning order dated 30.05.2023 passed by the Special Judge SC/St Act Jalaun at Orai in Session Trial No. 30 of 2023 (State Versus Rajesh alias Raju and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 196 of 2023, under Section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (da) (dha) of SC.ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun . In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and move an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
