This appeal under Section 14-A(1) of SC/ST Act. has been filed against the charge sheet dated 28.03.2020 as well as cognizance order dated 03.07.2020 passed by the Special Judge SC/ST Act, Ghaziabad in Special Session Trial No. 908 of 2020 (State Vs. Suresh Chand Verma and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 0859 of 2019 , under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 352, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2) 5Ka of SC/ST Act, Police Station Loni Border, District Ghaziabad. In the Court, learned counsel for the appellants only submitted that some direction be issued to the court concerned regarding bail as the applicants want to surrender before the trial court. The application is, therefore, disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the appellants appear before the trial court within 15 days from today and moves an application for bail before the trial court, the same shall be decided as soon as possible in view of law laid down in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
