¶1Heard Sri Hemant Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2By means of this writ petition petitioner has prayed to direct the Deputy Director of Consolidation, District-Kushinagar, (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No.202153054400014 (Subhash Chandra and another Vs. Kanhaiya) under Section 48 (3) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 in respect of Sinduriya Vishunpur, Tappa Agya, Parana Haveli, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District-Kushinagar expeditiously within stipulated period.

¶3Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioner is directed to appear himself or through his Advocate and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed.

¶4This writ petition is disposed of with the direction that concerned Authority shall take endeavour to decide the above referred case, expeditiously within a period of one year in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment. Order Date :- 22.11.2023 SB High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
