¶1Heard Sri Raj Kumar Dhama, learned counsel for the review applicant and Sri Akhtar Ali, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2This is a review application to review the order dated 18.9.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for the review applicant after arguing for sometime fairly submits that this order may be modified to the extent that all the legal issues including the effect and legal consequence of proclamation of notification issued under Section 52 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 may also be considered.

¶4Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.

¶5In the aforesaid circumstances, this review application is disposed of with the observation/direction that the Revisional Authority while considering the rival submissions will also take note of effect and legal consequence of notification issued under Section 52 of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 as well as the effect of Section 42-A of the Act of 1953.
