¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. District Magistrate Prayagraj, District Prayagraj to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2023, pending before the respondent No. 2, within stipulated time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition)."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel submitted that from the perusal of the prayer in the writ petition as well as representation filed by the petitioner, it appears that petitioner has dispute with a private person which he seeks to redress by means of the present writ petition and the persons against whom the representation has been made, have not been impleaded as party.

¶4In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek relief as available to him under provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Order Date :- 22.11.2023 Ved Prakash (Manish Kumar Nigam, J.) High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
