¶1Heard Sri Arvind Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Compliant Case No.45 of 2020, under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Iglas, District Aligarh, pending in the court of JM, Iglas, Aligarh.

¶3Counsel for the applicants submits that instant 482 application has been filed to quash the proceedings filed by opposite party No.2 under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

¶4Per contra, learned A.G.A. submits that issuance of notice does not contain any illegality.

¶5From perusal of record, it appears that opposite party No.2 lodged complaint against the applicants on 05.03.2020, thereafter, notices were issued but applicants did not appear before the trial court and challenged the notices by filing this 482 application.

¶6In view of the above, no interference is warranted, at this stage.
