¶1Heard Sri Guru Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 19.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 363 of 2023 under Sections 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3At the very outset, on instructions learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case final report has already been submitted and the present petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
