¶1Heard Sri Babu Ram Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2Grievance of the petitioner could be well addressed if this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that Revision No.1830 of 2023, (Mahendra Kumar Vs. Banke Lal & Others) pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur (respondent no.1) be decided expeditiously.

¶3In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that the authority concerned shall take all endeavour to decide the aforesaid Revision No.1830 of 2023, (Mahendra Kumar Vs. Banke Lal & Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
