¶1Heard Sri Bindeshwari Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ram Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 22.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 547 of 2023 under Sections 420, 406, 384, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Govardhan, District Mathura. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition.
