¶1Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Case No. 88 of 2016-17 (State vs. Ramgati and others) under Section 9A(2) of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending before respondent no.2 since 1995 is considered and allowed.

¶3Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
