¶1Heard Sri Shyam Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sabhajeet Singh, learned counsel for the Union of India.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays and is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application/s before the Tribunal to seek expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before it especially considering the fact, no counter affidavit has been filed despite long passage of time and the fact that the petitioners are senior citizens.
