¶1Heard Sri Suyash Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 29.12.2022 in Case Crime No. 0267 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station Mirahachi, District Etah.

¶3Learned A.G.A. on instructions apprised to this Court that the final report no. 22 of 2023 dated 18.6.2023 has already been submitted in this case and as such, the writ petition has become infructuous.
