¶1Heard Sri Rohit Nandan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Amit Kumar Sharma, holding brief of Sri Narayan Swaroop, learned counsel who has filed his vakalatnama today on behalf of the informant, which is taken on record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.9.2023 in Case Crime No. 412 of 2023, under Sections 376 IPC, Police Station Phase 2, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet (CD No. 3) has been filed forwarded on 21.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
