¶1After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to apply for recall of the order impugned as according to him, the petitioners could not appear on the date of hearing due to illness before the Authority.

¶2Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Authority has no objection to the same.
